I’ve been creating since I could first hold a pen. What began as neuro-art doodling at six grew into a lifelong practice layering ink doodles, photography, digital art, and mixed media — forming textured, emotionally-driven works that often say what words cannot.

My art draws from a lifetime of stories, films, and memories — shaped by experiences as a mother, veteran, and woman who never fit the mold. I shape pieces from traces of past and present, blending the familiar with the unexpected.

Recognized as an Oklahoma Visionary in 2023, my art has received recent honors but remains, above all, a channel for healing and connection. As a U.S. Army veteran and advocate for outsider voices, I aim to merge creative expression with a deeply personal process of repair, reflection, and reconnection. Through my neuro art, I channel lived experience into visual form—mapping out the kind of inner work that can’t always be put into words.

*If you take one of my neuro-art doodling classes, just know—it’s not therapy. It’s a personal practice built from survival, and I’ll leave it up to you to find the right therapist for that part.
